You will reach the Sebastiani refuge (1800m), after a long climb of 22km with an average gradient of 8%, for the descent there are various alternatives ranging from expert level downhill to others medium difficulty solutions to be agreed with the group.

Rocca di Fondi – Piscignola
Mixed route of dirt and street on the Mount Nuria. You will reach an altitude of 1200m, climb with an average gradient of 8%.
There are two alternatives both uphill and downhill:
- Uphill you can choose whether to do asphalt or dirt, in the second case it becomes much more challenging the climb.
- For the descent there are two alternatives, one quiet asphalt and the other on single track of medium difficulty.

Le Vie del Marrone
A route that winds along dirt roads and a few single tracks, all at hilly altitudes. The climbs are rideable/pedalable, with a few more challenging climbs, and downhill you can have fun on some single tracks.
The route can be lengthened with some variations to reach 33km and 1450m dsl+.
