Outdoor yoga in Rome and sorroundings for corporate groups

Practising outdoor yoga will give the whole team energy, creativity and well-being!

Yoga touches people deeply, encompasses them and at the same time frees them, leading them towards unity.
The colours of nature, the wind in your hair, the warm light of the sun, the gentle sounds of the environment will be powerful sources of energy for body and soul and will allow everyone to find their own physical balance.

We organise private outdoor Yoga classes with qualified instructors for small business groups, in full compliance with all anti Covid regulations so that the safety of the participants is guaranteed.

Available locations

Rome’s great parks and historic villas provide an ideal environment for practising Yoga.

Imagine a yoga session in the magical setting of the Circus Maximus with the Palatine Hill as a unique backdrop.
We can organise the lesson inside a private space in the heart of the Aventine: a magnificent and lush garden with the possibility of using both outdoor and indoor spaces. Here, at the end of the lesson, you can enjoy an aperitif or have a business meeting.

Even the surroundings of Rome lend themselves perfectly to a Yoga retreat for your corporate group:
Whether in the middle of the Apennine mountains, overlooking a picturesque lake, inside a medieval castle or in front of the sea, the Yoga retreat will be an unforgettable and constructive experience for the whole team!

In 1526 the Rocca was donated by the Pope to Cardinal Alessandro Cesarini, who transformed the castle, based on a design by Baldassarre Peruzzi, into a fascinating residence-fortress: both austere on the outside, with an eagle-shaped plan (or scorpion according to some), two towers with a projecting keep and scarp walls, and an elegant Renaissance residence inside, with frescoed flats and halls.

You will then enter the exhibition room of the State Library, annexed to the National Monument of Farfa, where you can admire the pages of some of the famous medieval manuscripts kept by the Library. Finally you will enter the rooms where you can admire the transcription in twelve scenes of the Chronicon Farfense by Gregorio da Catino (12th century), of the Fair and the Castles of Farfa, created by the Genoese illustrator Emanuele Luzzati.

How does the Treasure Hunt work?

Our staff will wait for the teams at the final point and will verify the answers and photos to calculate the scores of each team. The winning team will be awarded with a special prize that will be given during a lively award ceremony.

Participants will receive a gadget and a booklet containing photos, explanations and anecdotes on the places visited, perfect as a souvenir of their experience! The booklet can be customized with the logo of the company.
