Artisanal ice cream class in Rome

The course is held by an expert gelato maker, in a famous ice cream shop or inside a laboratory.

After a brief introduction to the history and characteristics of the Italian ice cream, the practical phase of the course will start: you will participate actively in the production of some flavors of ice cream (both creams and fruits).

What a fun and unique experience to put hands-on the ingredients and actively participate in the production of an artisan ice-cream. You will be excited observing how the different natural ingredients will be transformed into exquisite ice cream tastes by the professional machines of the laboratory.

At the end of the lesson, you can enjoy your homemade ice cream.

All the guests will be given a certificate of participation.
